The group kitty
This kitty is an essential group payment payable in Africa on day one to your group.
The group kitty covers camping and two meals a day throughout including a contribution to the
final restaurant meal in Nairobi.
It also covers game drives in The Masai Maraand Nakuru National Park as well as a visit to a
traditional Maasai village, Sheldrick’s Elephant Orphanage and the Giraffe Park.
Remember the kitty payments are group funds that you pay into locally. Where there is money left
over the group together decide what then happens to any remaining funds

Your main choices are:
Hells Gate National Park or Crater Lake Sanctuary
Spending money
You will also need spending money to cover drinks, lunch, souvenirs and cheap
excursions costing under £10 for example a hippo cruise on Lake Naivasha and
Elsamere. Spending money is also needed if you wish to upgrade from camping.
