The group kitty

The kitty is an essential group payment payable in Africa on day one.

The group kitty covers two meals a day and camping throughout whilst the group

is with the truck.

It also covers entry to Ngorongoro Crater, Mikumi National Park, South Luangwa National Park

(or alternative) and a visit to a Maasai village

Remember the kitty payment is a group fund that you pay into locally. Where there is money left
over the group together decide what then happens to any remaining funds

Spending money        

You will also need spending money to cover drinks, lunch, souvenirs,

and cheaper excursions such as a donation to the Genocide Memorial.

This money also covers if you wish to upgrade occasionally from camping.

          • 5 day  Botswana safari at the end of your  safari: Featuring a  mokoro safari into

            the world famous Okavango Delta and a game cruise on the Chobe River.

          • 3 day bolt on  to Johannesburg: Featuring a game cruise on the  Chobe River.  

            Price £200.  Kitty  $87USD.

Remember you then need to budget for flights, insurance, vaccination costs and

any equipment you might need such as a sleeping bag.
