ONE YEAR OUT - AFRICA by Jonathan Smith

"In December 2008, I decided to take a 12-month sabbatical from work to travel the world. Africa was my first destination of choice, and I chose Absolute because their safari offered the chance to do most of the continent's star attractions in one go. A chat with their staff in London also helped me time my safari to get the best conditions for seeing Africa's landscapes and wildlife at their best. I had an amazing time, and Absolute's staff, prices and tour style played a big part in making my Africa experience a memorable one. I'd definitely recommend them and hope I get the chance to use them again. When I got home from my year-long trip, I wanted to do something with all the photos and memories, so I've started to turn them into a series of books. The first book, covering my three months in Africa, can be previewed on Blurb. I hope it will inspire other people to experience Africa for themselves."
